The solution for automatic grinding of very large sample volumes- The optimum approach for best homogenization and representativeness

AREA OF APPLICATION

Use
Fine grinding of sample material for x-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, diffracotmetry and other analytical procedures

Material
Different materials, raw meal, clinker, cement, slag, ores, oxidic material, ferroalloys (feed size 5 mm)

Operation mode
Automatic, standalone, standalone with magazine, linear automation, robot automation

ADVANTAGES

Optimal for larger sample amounts
The sample material, up to 5 kg, is loaded by manual or by external handling devices into a sample transport bucket and placed onto a start position in front of the machine. The large capacity of the HP-M5000 carries many advantages like processing of high-surface material, improved sample representativeness and more efficacious homogenization.

Robust design suited for laboratory operation
The grinding system is automatically cleaned by compressed air after each grinding cycle. An external dust extraction device is required to remove waste material and dust. The machine is totally enclosed, sound insulated and requires a minimum of operator time and maintenance. Safety switches automatically deactivate the machine in case of malfunctions during operation. The welded frame and all other components are extremly robust to porvide a long service life without any trouble.
